In recent weeks we have changed our processes and have followed government guidelines relating to the prevention of the spread.
We now process orders in batch a couple of times a week instead of continual processing of order. Doing this means we can purchase smaller orders from our suppliers to ensure we have a fresh turn over of stock.
This also allows us to deep clean our facilities more often, we also ensure we wash our hands, scales scoops and picking tongues on a much more regularly basis throughout the day.
The government does advises that there is no evidence that Covid-19 can be transferred through food. But we are taking no risks, we are also working split shifts and everyone wears masks gloves and hairnets.
