Shipping policy

 

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working day. On the odd occasion despatch times may be slightly longer around peak periods.
  • Delivery times are then as follows:
     - Royal Mail Tracked  3-4 Working Days  - £3.79
    - Royal Mail 1st Class - £4.99
    - DPD Next Day Delivery, day shown at checkout -  £6.99
  • Orders are dispatched & delivered Monday - Friday (excluding bank Holidays.)
    Please ensure you enter the correct address at checkout as we are not always able to amend them.

     

  • Orders placed after midday on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

     

  • Orders over £40 qualify for free shipping. This is item total after discount codes have been applied

  • If you order an item on presale & another item at the same time you will be charge for shipping twice  

  • Please note Standard delivery times are an estimate only. Items may take up to 10 working days to arrive, as advised by Royal Mail.
